Anubis Candy Wall

For 2021, my friend completely changed his Halloween theme from "Evil Candy Factory" to "Egyptian Tomb" (he has a degree in Theater Arts, so he gets ambitious).

We converted the candy slide, which used a PVC tube with LEDs around it, into a wall of hieroglyphics that came to life. An actor at the upper left pressed a button to trigger the effect, and then dropped the candy down the tube. He timed it so that when the candy appeared, the LEDs around an image on the wall lit up.
